The Long Tom Mitigation Bank Service area includes that portion of HUC 1709003 that lies within the Willamette Valley Ecoregion, including all or a portion of the following incorporated cities: Eugene, Springfield, Coburg, Veneta, Junction City, Harrisburg, Monroe, Halsey, Brownsville, Sodaville, Lebanon, Tangent, Philomath, Corvallis, Albany, Millersburg, Adair Village and Falls City.
