Tim Acker brings over 12 years experience as a wetland consultant, including over 250 wetland delineations and determinations, 35 permit applications, 16 successful violation defenses, 26 mitigation/remediation plans, and 17 wetland mitigation design-build projects. He also owns and operates a native plant nursery, and is a Board Member and treasurer of the Legacy Land Conservancy – a local land trust. He serves on DSL’s Technical Advisory Committee and the Mitigation Sub-Committee, where he helps influence the rules and policies that govern wetland mitigation banking in Oregon. His practical experience with the on-the-ground details associated with wetland mitigation, his contacts with all the specialists necessary to keep the bank up and running, and his links to Corps and DSL staff provide this venture with superior prospects of success.
